MWFLS is seeking an experienced part-time maintenance person for general upkeep and routine maintenance of its building. It requires 20 flexible hours/month at $12.00 per hour. This guide describes the new SHARE Brief Cataloging Process that can be used when records are not immediately found in SkyRiver using the client or Smartport. If you're new to this process, we highly recommend that you do the following:
On 8.22.11, the SHARE Cataloging Committee approved a set of examples for common variable entry MARC fields. Feel free to use this cheat sheet at your library to help save time as you catalog. Please note that these are only suggestions. As always, use catalogers judgement when editing bibliographic records. This guide is also available for download in PDF format (see below).
